All guests staying at The Terrace will be required to adhere to the New Zealand Government’s “traffic light” system to avoid future Covid-related lockdowns. The Terrace is following government guidance and proof of approved vaccination or a vaccination certificate will be required at check in unless you have a medically authorised exemption. Every unit has a thorough unit cleaning and sanitization, for both your safety and peace of mind. All bedding, curtains, walls etc have been washed and steamed cleaned and, as a result, they’re absolutely sparkling clean. Please practise physical distancing where possible.
Cancellation Policy
We understand flexibility is key with travel plans at the moment, and have adjusted our usual cancellation policy to suit. We will be reaching out to your to cancel or reschedule your bookings, whichever you would prefer.
With direct bookings, you have nothing to lose as we offer full refunds and flexibility due to COVID-19 related cancellations and changes to travel plans.
3rd party bookings are subject to their own terms and conditions, so please check with the company for more details.
